Tom and Patti desire to reach the lost to plant the church. They also, work with missionaries who want to utilize business to reach and engage those they would not walk into a church and to create effective and sustainable businesses. Tom and Patti will be located in Greek Cyprus to do the following things: 1. Work with the iheart Coffee Roasters business and church planting effort 2. Helping develop the business-as-missions strategy and structure for the Europe Region 3. Helping develop the recruitment marketing message and direction for the Europe Region 4. Continuing to coach, mentor, and advise business practitioners inside and outside of Europe.
