Pastor Corey Pond unpacks the powerful meaning behind the Shield of Faith in Ephesians 6 and challenges us to move beyond simply believing in God to actively living out that belief. Faith isn’t just something we hold onto in theory, it’s something we take up daily through obedience, trust, and action. As we grow in God’s Word and apply it to our lives, our faith is strengthened and becomes a defense in the spiritual battles we all face.
This message reminds us that we may not avoid every challenge, but through God’s power, we can quench every fiery dart the enemy throws our way. Doubt, fear, anxiety, and discouragement don’t have to take us out. When we walk closely with God and stand firm in faith, we protect our hearts and remain strong. And when we stand together as the body of Christ, united in faith, we don’t just survive the battle, we advance.
