In this sermon, Pastor Mike Jurek continues the Full Armor of God series by teaching about the Boots of Readiness found in Ephesians 6. Building on the Belt of Truth and the Breastplate of Righteousness, he explains that readiness means living in constant expectation that God will lead you into opportunities to serve, love, and share your faith. When believers stay connected to God through prayer, Scripture, and obedience, they remain spiritually prepared for those moments.
Pastor Mike also reminds listeners that readiness requires surrender. Many people want the blessings of following Jesus but hesitate when obedience requires sacrifice or change. Through biblical examples and personal reflection, he challenges believers to live with their “boots on,” ready to act when God calls. When a church lives in that kind of readiness, it becomes unstoppable in fulfilling God’s mission.
